TRENDS at the District Level

While TRENDS can be used by individual schools, it is an incredibly powerful tool when used by your entire district.

TRENDS has the capability to easily and efficiently manage your data. It produces a wide variety of reports and charts to help you view it, understand it, and share it. Here are just a few of the ways that an administrator might use TRENDS for positive change in a district.

Example report: Identify the schools with the most fights and insubordination

This chart has been produced to answer the questions, "Which high school in our district has the most frequent fighting, and which has the highest rates of insubordination?" In response to this report, district administration can direct resources to the schools that need it the most.

Example of a district-level graph: Incidents Year to Date of Fights and Insuborination.

Examples of other reports for district-level analysis

  • Which middle schools have the most students reporting that bullying is a problem?

  • District- or building-wide, is teacher morale and sense of self-efficacy better or worse than last year?

  • What are the five most mentioned concerns regarding students’ well-being in elementary schools?
