Professional Experience

Tricia McKale Skyles is a nationally recognized professional developer who leads sessions on instructional coaching and coaching classroom management.

Tricia was an instructional coach with the Pathways to Success project at Robinson Middle School in Topeka, Kansas, for five years, with expertise in behavior management and instruction. She is a Strategic Instruction Model professional developer and also a national consultant with Safe & Civil Schools, providing professional development workshops on classroom management throughout the country.
